The Framing Of Aaron Brady: Gardai Plunge To New Lows To Cover Up Adrian Donohoe Murder

Not satisfied with jailing an innocent man for life for a murder he had nothing to do with, the Gardai begin a fraudulent new trial against Aaron Brady tomorrow

The mainstream media have worked hand in glove with corrupt Gardai for ten years to frame an innocent man for the murder of Garda Adrian Donohoe in Dundalk in January 2013. Paul Reynolds, Ali Bracken, Robin Shiller are just a handful of the malicious crime reporters who actively covered up Garda corruption in this case and assisted the DPP in their conviction against 33-year-old Aaron Brady knowing there was not a shred of evidence against him. The lies of compromised drug-dealing Garda touts were used to convict Aaron and the State media defended these gangsters at every turn. The Gardai’s key witness Daniel Cahill who claimed Aaron had told him he ‘shot a cop’ is a notorious member of north Dublin gangland, was on the run, and is completely under the control of corrupt officers.

So why all of a sudden is there a deafening silence from these same media whores on a fraudulent new charges being brought against the Armagh father who is serving a life sentence in Portlaoise Prison? Tomorrow, a farcical trial begins in the Special Criminal Court whereby Gardai have accused Aaron of ‘behaviour that has a tendency to corrupt the course of public justice’ - a bizarre and nonsensical charge which reeks of desperation on the part of the malevolent officers involved in his framing. They know Irish people are wising up to their criminal activities in shielding their murdered colleague’s killers whom they have protected from Day 1. They are clearly in panic mode and are hoping this fresh mud being thrown at Aaron will stick. It won’t.

It’s long since been established that Aaron Brady was involved in a minor diesel cleaning operation over the border in Crossmaglen, Co. Armagh on the night of the murder in Dundalk. Aaron told the Gardai this but they ignored his evidence and proceeded to conjure up a litany of falsehoods about him.

They also concealed witness statements about sightings of the gang most likely to have been the real killers whose car was seen driving around a major roundabout THE WRONG WAY in the immediate aftermath of the crime, just seconds from the scene of the Credit Union in Lordship, Dundalk where Donohoe was murdered. Gardai claim Aaron shot Donohoe and headed to the North. But this speeding car which matches exactly the one described by Credit Union staff was making its way south down the motorway towards Dublin. This critical evidence was simply airbrushed out of the investigation, most likely because Gardai run the criminal gang who killed their colleague.

The farce that begins in the Dublin courts tomorrow - which relates to perfectly lawful efforts by Aaron to try to clear his name - will take three months at a huge cost to the taxpayer. It is designed to muddy the waters of Aaron’s Appeal which took place six months ago in October 2023 but is still being adjudicated upon by the three-judge Court of Appeal. A result is long overdue given the very comprehensive evidence provided by Aaron’s Defence team of fraud, perjury, and witness coercion, intimidation and blackmail used by the Gardai in their case against him. What is taking so long?
