Lawbreaking Tyrant Judge Mark Sanfey Wants To Silence YOUR Right To Question Sudden Deaths: Gemma O’Doherty

No judge or family gets to censor investigations into suspicious deaths. This is the most egregious attack on free speech in the history of the Irish State.

Do you believe that Irish people should maintain the right to question the sudden or suspicious deaths of other Irish people? Even if you don’t, that right is enshrined in Irish law under the Coroner’s Act which states clearly that inquests into unexpected deaths must be heard in public.

In the same way murder trials are open to the people, so too are Coroners’ Courts, and every coroner must not only open the court to the public but make available to them a full account of every inquest, including statements, transcripts, medical records, post mortems and photographs of the deceased. No relative - no matter what they have to hide - has the right to block access to an inquest by any member of the public or the press. That is why in the case of Diego Gilsenan, the Cavan coroner Dr Mary Flanagan handed over his inquest file for publication to The Irish Light. She was obliged to in law.

Not that the mendacious case currently before Judge Mark Sanfey has anything to do with Diego Gilsenan. His suspicious death is being exploited by nefarious deep state actors intent on silencing anyone who questions the vaccine genocide in Ireland and the explosion of suicide among our young people. That is what this farcical abuse of the courts and the law is all about.

When the mother of Diego Gilsenan Edel Campbell and her IRA ‘lawyer’ Ciaran Mulholland of Mulholland ‘Law’ launched a grotesque and defamatory attack in the corporate media against Gemma O’Doherty in 2022 after The Irish Light - perfectly lawfully and ethically - published a postage-stamp sized picture of his face, which was already all over the mainstream and internet without any copyright restrictions, we knew there was something more to the case and requested the Inquest report.

At NO POINT did we state that Diego had died as a result of the vaccine, even though that has not been ruled out. But even if we had, there would have been nothing wrong in law or ethics in doing so and this could not possibly ever constitute ‘harassment.’ We simply stated in the paper that we did not know how he and the many other young people dropping dead all around us met their untimely end but that we needed to know.

The fraudulent charge against Gemma O’Doherty is ludicrous in the extreme. The only people involved in harassment are Edel Campbell, Ciaran Mulholland, David Kennedy, their lying barrister, and Judge Mark Sanfey, who is driving this ugly pantomime.

Gemma O’Doherty has NEVER so much as attempted to contact Edel Campbell. When Campbell somehow got hold of Gemma’s mobile phone and started harassing and making false accusations against her, Gemma blocked her immediately.  Campbell then started trolling Gemma online in the middle of the night. Again, she was blocked.

What we found in the Gilsenan Coroner’s report was disturbing in the extreme. There were serious issues with the inquest. Statements were unsigned, incomplete and fell far below the standard required in law and demanded by the taxpayer who funds the salaries of the incompetent and corrupt state operatives who carried it out.

The story presented by his mother Edel Campbell makes no sense. She says she found Diego ‘hanging from a thing’ in the garden shed. What is this thing? She does not expand. The law says we have a right to know. We do know Diego (18) was in the company of a Garda son on the night in August 2021 that he allegedly decided to kill himself having just bought a year’s subscription to Playstation earlier that day - an action that does not suggest suicidal ideation.

We know that the Garda son’s statement - which for some reason was taken in his absence - is also farcical and completely devoid of detail. Why did he not have to attend the inquest given that he was the last person allegedly with Diego before he died?

We know that Kingscourt is rampant with drugs, thanks to the Gardai. Edel Campbell comes from a family well-known to the Gardai. Why did the priest speak about the scourge of drug-dealing during the funeral sermon, which was made publicly available on video? Why has Edel Campbell since removed this video?

Why was ‘hanging’ crossed out on the verdict and replaced with ‘asphyxia due to ligature’? We have a right to know.

Was Diego Gilsenan actually killed? Given the abysmal inadequacies and glaring omissions of the inquest, we are left with more questions than answers.

This case is a cover-up of epic proportions involving once again corrupt Gardai and other state apparatchiks.

Judge Mark Sanfey is abusing many aspects of the law, particularly in regard to inquests, by claiming that Edel Campbell has some preordained right to prevent public scrutiny of her son’s death. She doesn’t. He is facilitating perjury, deception and fraud in ‘his’ court.

The case should have been struck out at the outset because it is being propped up by a third-party fundraiser which is forbidden in Irish statute.

Mark Sanfey knows this but is turning a blind eye. He has doggedly ignored the law and the evidence provided to him by Gemma O’Doherty and the Inquest report.

He is operating a kangaroo court intent on destroying what is left of independent journalism in this country. He will ultimately fail. His name will go down in Irish history as a legal dictator and facilitator of mass murdering puppeticians who threatened to jail an independent reporter because she cared about the soaring deaths of young Irish people. His actions are reprehensible.

This case is not just about Gemma O’Doherty’s right to practise investigative journalism. It is about all of you retaining the freedom to publicly question and discuss any sudden death be it with your friends and families, on social media or in any public forum.

Once we stop caring about our dead and why so many are leaving this world at such a young age and so unexpectedly, we have died as a society.

Once we stop holding power to account, the powerful will take over and rip every last bit of freedom from us. That is the dystopia we are falling into now but it will be our own fault if we allow it to happen.

Once free speech is taken, it is never given back.
