If you slow it down, you can see Kirk move his right shoulder just before the alleged hit and something pushes out of his chest before the ‘blood’ burst, suggesting that something was inside his shirt, possibly a ketchup bag.
The gathering was crawling with ‘cops’, just like at the Trump ear hoax, so they couldn’t have missed a legit gunman again. Not buying it. You shouldn’t either.

It's very hard to say either way. That said, it's whipped up a massive amount of traffic on social media. I think that was the desired effect, who ever is behind this, they are getting the results they wanted. Now is the time for vigilance and heightened situational awareness no matter where you are. If they could bamboozle people so easily with the obvious COVID scam, they can pull any stunt they like and get away with it.
