Gemma O’Doherty: Judge Mark Sanfey Wants To Make Journalism A Criminal Offence

But he turns a blind eye to perjury, fraud, deception and extortion in his courtroom by thugs in gowns. He is determined to make a name for himself for all the wrong reasons unless he pulls out now.

No judge in Ireland can stop a journalist from publishing an inquest report. Period. The law makes that very clear. Judges are public servants. Coroners are public servants. Their only role is to serve you. They are no longer serving you. Sorry for stating the obvious but many Irish people seem to have either forgotten that or no longer care.

I didn’t attend the latest clown hearing today to have me jailed - organised by Mark Sanfey - who calls himself a judge but is a fully signed-up member of the court circus that spends its time wasting your money and trying to concoct ways of silencing public service journalism, The Irish Light and Gemma O’Doherty.

Sanfey doesn’t want to be the one to lock up an investigative reporter because she exposed the cover-up of an 18-year-old’s sudden death by the State. That’s understandable. He would gain international notoriety and scorn for such an atrocious and preposterous act. Today was supposed to be the day he signed the bench warrant to commit me to Mountjoy Jail. But he didn’t and pushed it back to February 12th after arriving in court almost an hour late. Some fudge about the other side’s paperwork not being in order. Of course.

The plaintiff in the case - Edel Campbell - who has used the case as a ‘Get Rich Quick’ scheme with her illegal fundraiser, didn’t show up, as we knew she wouldn’t. She has many serious questions to answer about her son’s death including why she hung up on him in their last call when he was clearly troubled. Over a drug debt?

Just because you are a parent of a dead person does not give you the right to commit perjury and criminally defame a person who is asking legitimate questions about that person. But Campbell got her pay day and is exploiting the death of her son Diego Gilsenan along with every rogue lawyer involved in this case and now Mark Sanfey has joined the shameful list. The Irish Light in the end seems to be the only one who cares about Diego’s untimely end.

During today’s farce hearing, they even staged an evacuation drill to show just how panicked they are. Poor Clown Commissioner Drew is running out of ideas. He sent six of his fluorescent fools into court to try to intimidate our supporters but that didn’t work either. Pathetic doesn’t cover it.

These people will face death one day, probably sooner than they think if they are vaxxed. They will face the ultimate Judge. On their death beds, they will recall the vile deeds they have been involved in as most people do at the end of their lives. Will they ask themselves how they could have been involved in a such a dirty and cheap scam?

I am praying for them. But I don’t hold any hope that they will change their ways and do the right thing. They are bought and paid for. That’s why they got the job in the first place.

And so it will be left to us to bring down these corrupt courts that are trying to steal our freedom and wealth. Always remember Cromwell and Henry VIII’s strenuous efforts to rid Ireland of The Holy Mass. Our ancestors never fought a more valiant or worthy fight. They simply refused and the Crown gave up.

In the face of this legal tyranny, we must refuse too. We must turn our backs on corrupt apparatchiks of the criminal state, on their deception, lies, fraud and extortion. We have to if we have any hope of saving our freedom and our home. Watch the walls of the edifice fall when we do. All communist regimes collapse when the people take back control and stop behaving like slaves.

Well done and thank you to everyone who attended the treasonous courts today. You are literally bringing the sinking ship that is Ireland back to shore and breathing new life into Her with every act of defiance and strength against the poisonous regime.
