Hi Nicola, I can understand how you feel - when one’s eyes are first opened, it is like seeing properly for the first time in one’s life but from that, comes huge disappointment and incredulity that one’s life was more or less like the Truman Show. However, it then becomes easier and less despairing, when the blocks of the facade keep on falling and the hideous truth is revealed but in that moment, there is a kind of liberation as it opens up the chance to become truly authentic in this world of make believe. Which is why being in Nature and having one or two solid relationships is so important to help maintain one’s stability. ‘Stand your ground’ is so important and not letting the deceivers of the world try to make you less than you were always meant to be, a true human being that is a beloved child of the Creator and of Mother Nature, who was born to live her life with grace and with purpose, never letting anyone or anything try to make you feel less than you truly are, a wonderful human being.

By Friday night I had watched enough videos and read enough posts on Substack to wonder if there really was a Charlie Kirk and a grieving widow. Was he just an actor playing a role? That caused a whole new wave of grief.
